Copper Baby!!

So this year we decided to go to Copper, CO instead of Red River, NM. Copper is extremely different than Red River. First, it is MUCH bigger. We stayed in this amazing house slopeside...which means that we literally walked out of the house and skied down to the lift. It was unbelievable. The house was 4 stories and slept about 20 people. Wowee! My family, Becky's family, Phillip's family, Brandy and Lesci and Mom and Dad in the house. Duffy's family was there as well but just not in the house with us. (I think they were grateful for that...lol) It was a madhouse but it was priceless!
This house was unbelievable!

Oh how we all loved the hot tub! It was so cold (-10 degrees) that the adults would sip on our adult beverages while letting the water FREEZE in our hair. After a couple of drinks, the men would actually freeze their pit hair. HAAAA! It was hilarious. Our hair on our heads was full of popsicles. Crazy!

Every night, Seth, Julia and Kelly would put hot tub water in a Solo cup and leave it outside to freeze solid overnight. The next morning, they would RUN outside to check on their "popsicles". It was so GROSS!

The boys had so much fun in the pool table room!

Who is this CREEPY man?

Oh yeah, that's POP and Seth! lol

Seth

Kelly Blake

Would you take the road less traveled? I NEVER did...lol...I'm a chicken.

The views from the lifts were absolutely gorgeous.

It felt like we were so close to heaven being so high up. It was breathtaking.

Jay is a great skier!

Hot tubbin it again!

OMG I hope your face doesn't freeze that way Phillip...HA!

Brad and Kamron teaching Ashley how to YouTube.....sooo cute!

Kam the Man!

Julia had fallen in 2 ft of snow, pitched a fit for me to go and help her. I refused because it required me to walk uphill. She threw a tantrum. I was unaffected. She got over it and managed to get up and put her skis on by herself and ski down to me. She was so excited that she DID IT! Wooo hoooo! I knew you could do it Juwee!

Hi Honey!

The media room was the coolest thing that I had ever seen in a house. Wow!

There was nothing better than drinking coffee and watching the sun come up with these ceiling to floor windows. The views were stunning!

We had an amazing time in Copper. I have millions of other pictures but I just put a few on here. Still, pictures do not do this place justice. I hope to one day go back to Copper. It is worth every penny :) (and trust me, it took quite a few pennies to go here...lol)
